(1) Choose a larger cross-sectional size of the tool holder as much as possible, and shorter length dimensions to improve the strength and stiffness of the tool and reduce tool vibration; (2) Choose a larger main deviation angle (greater than 75 °, close to 90 °); Use negative inclination angle tools for rough machining and positive inclination angle tools for precision machining; (3) During precision machining, use uncoated blades and small tool tip arc radii; (4) Choose standardized and systematic cutting tools as much as possible;
(5) Choose the correct and quick clamping tool holder.
