Design of separation between blade body and blade
The blade body is a reusable substrate, and the blade is an independent multi edge cutting unit. The blade is usually made of hard alloy or ceramic material and has multiple cutting edges.
Mechanical clamping method
The blade is fixed to the blade body by mechanical means such as screws and wedges, avoiding the problem of performance degradation of the blade body caused by high temperature in traditional welding tools.
Blade indexing function
When one cutting edge of the blade wears out, the clamping device can be released to rotate the blade to the new cutting edge position and continue to use it until all cutting edges wear out before replacing the new blade.
