Structural characteristics
Composite milling cutters are usually composed of multiple blades or bodies, each of which undertakes different cutting tasks (such as rough machining, precision machining, chamfering, etc.). The blade material is mostly hard alloy or coated blades to improve wear resistance and cutting performance.
Common types
Multi functional composite milling cutter: integrating rough milling, precision milling, chamfering and other functions, suitable for processing complex contours.
Modular composite milling cutter: The cutter body can replace different functional blades, with high flexibility, suitable for multi variety and small batch production.
Combination type composite milling cutter: composed of multiple independent cutting bodies, suitable for machining large-sized workpieces.
