⚠ Speed and feed control (reference values, specific adjustments need to be made according to the machine and material):
Wood: 12000~24000 RPM, medium feed rate.
Aluminum: 5000~10000 RPM, low-speed feed + cutting fluid cooling.
Plastic/Acrylic: 10,000~18,000 RPM, feed at a constant speed to avoid melting.
⚠ Avoid impact: The carbide cutting edge of the TCT straight knife is relatively brittle and prone to chipping upon impact.
⚠ Regularly check for wear: Replace or sharpen the cutting edge promptly when it becomes dull, otherwise it will affect the machining quality.
