Corn cob is designed for rough processing and is not responsible for its appearance.
Rough surface quality: The processed workpiece surface will leave obvious, wavy step marks, which are very rough. Therefore, sufficient allowance (usually 0.5-1.0mm) must be left for subsequent precision machining tools such as flat end mills and round nose milling cutters.
Not suitable for precision machining: Never use a corn cutter directly to complete the final size and surface finish machining.
