Step width: This is the most important parameter. It needs to be determined based on the thickness of the acrylic board you are using and the customer's visual requirements. Usually, the width of the steps should be slightly larger than the thickness of the acrylic board to ensure sufficient bonding area and support.
Tool material:
Solid hard alloy: high hardness, wear resistance, long service life, suitable for large-scale, high-strength processing, and is the first choice of professional manufacturers.
High speed steel: cheap in price, but with poor wear resistance and short lifespan, suitable for occasional use or small batch production.
Knife handle diameter: It must match the specifications of your advertising engraving machine/milling machine spindle chuck (common ones such as φ 6mm, φ 1/4 inch, φ 12mm, etc.).
Combination or integrated: depending on your business flexibility and budget. For most signage companies, a combination borderless blade is a more cost-effective and flexible choice.
