The alignment (Z-axis zero point) must be precise: slight errors in the blade tip can directly cause changes in line width, affecting the final effect.
According to the material selection angle and parameters:
Carving two-color boards and acrylic: Fine carving is often done with a 30 ° or 45 ° knife.
Carving wood and density board: commonly used 60 ° or 90 ° knives, balancing strength and effect.
Chamfering or cutting: A knife with a 90 ° or greater angle is commonly used.
The feed speed should not be too fast: to prevent the cutting edge from breaking due to excessive force.
It is a 'carving knife', not a 'rough knife': not suitable for large-scale material removal.
