Single blade column cutter is a commonly used flat bottom cutting tool in CNC engraving machines, with a straight and flat cutting edge, vertical and non tapered cutting side walls, and a focus on fine and light cutting processing.

Applicable materials: mainly processing acrylic PVC、 Bicolor board, ABS and other kinds of advertising plastic plates can also be used to process density board, cork, foam and other light wood materials, suitable for sheet finishing;     Diamond models can process soft metals such as thin copper and thin aluminum, while ordinary tungsten steel models are prohibited from processing hard metals.

    Applicable process: Suitable for vertical slotting, contour cutting, label engraving, card slot processing, and small area flat bottom cleaning of boards. The cutting surface is smooth without burrs, and the splicing fit is high. The single blade structure has smooth chip removal and can effectively avoid plastic hot melt sticking.

    Not applicable scenarios: Cannot process hard materials such as steel and solid wood, not suitable for deep cutting of thick acrylic, large margin cutting, and heavy cutting. Deep groove processing is prone to wear and tool breakage. It is recommended to replace the spiral milling cutter for heavy-duty processing.
