    Acrylic carving knife: made of high hardness and ultra-fine grinding material, with a focus on smooth and burr free operation. Acrylic PVC、 The material of plastic sheets such as two-color boards is soft and prone to high temperature melting. The core processing requirements are sharpness, low resistance, and anti sticking and anti pasting. The material matching of acrylic knives is tailor-made for this purpose.
The acrylic knife is made of ultra-fine grain hard alloy with a ratio of 92% tungsten carbide+6% -8% cobalt. The hardness of the low cobalt formula can reach 92-93.5HRA, and with 0.2-0.4 μ m ultra-fine grains, it can polish ultra-thin and smooth cutting edges with extremely high sharpness.
The coating often adopts mirror free coating or ultra-thin nano coating, which has extremely low friction resistance and can effectively avoid plastic heating and melting, sticking to the edge during high-speed cutting. The processed surface is transparent and bright, without the need for secondary polishing.
    This material has weak toughness and poor impact resistance, and is only suitable for soft plastic materials. Processing wood and stone is strictly prohibited, otherwise it is prone to chipping and cutting.
Woodworking carving knife: made of tough, wear-resistant and balanced material, suitable for complex wood processing
    Wood processing involves knots and hard blocks, mostly intermittent cutting, which requires higher requirements for tool impact resistance, wear resistance, and chip removal ability. Therefore, woodworking knives adopt a balanced material ratio.
    The woodworking knife is made of medium particle hard alloy, with a ratio of 88% -90% tungsten carbide and 10% -12% cobalt, and a grain size of 0.6-1.0 μ m. Compared to acrylic knives, it has a higher cobalt content and stronger toughness, which can resist the impact of wood cutting, effectively prevent blade breakage and breakage, and has a stable hardness of 90.5-91.8HRA, suitable for processing various types of wooden boards.
    Standard TiN gold and TiAlN black high-temperature resistant coatings, wear-resistant and anti chip, can prevent wood chips and resin from sticking to the blade, eliminate cutting lag and blackening of the board, and effectively extend the tool life.
    The overall performance is balanced, suitable for cutting, slotting, embossing, and trimming of solid wood, density board, ecological board and other boards, but the precision processing transparency is average and not suitable for plastic high gloss processing.
    Stone carving knife: made of high toughness and ultra wear-resistant material, it can resist the wear of high hardness stone
    Marble, granite, ceramic tiles and other stone materials have high hardness and strong abrasion resistance, and require far more impact resistance and wear resistance for cutting tools than wood and plastic. Stone knives are divided into two types: hard alloy rough carving knives and PCD diamond precision carving knives, with significant differences in material characteristics compared to ordinary cutting tools.
    Hard alloy stone rough carving knife
The hard alloy stone rough carving knife adopts coarse-grained high cobalt hard alloy, with a ratio of 85% -87% tungsten carbide+13% -15% cobalt, which has the highest cobalt content among the three types of cutting tools. High cobalt material has excellent toughness, shock resistance, and crack resistance. Paired with 1.0-1.6 μ m coarse grains and thick wear-resistant coating, it can resist strong wear of stone and is suitable for rough carving, shaping, and slotting of marble, bluestone, and artificial stone. The disadvantage is that the hardness is low and the precision machining effect is poor.
    PCD diamond stone carving knife
PCD diamond carving knife is a high-end stone cutting tool, which adopts a hard alloy handle and polycrystalline diamond composite structure. Diamond has extremely high hardness and wear resistance dozens of times that of ordinary tungsten steel knives, suitable for fine carving and batch processing of granite, rock slabs, and ceramic tiles. The disadvantage is that the material is brittle, afraid of impact and collision, and cannot be processed into metal materials.
